Preschool Adventure Club

 

What is Adventure Club?

Preschool Adventure Club is after-school care for all enrolled CBA students in the preschool program. Activities include free play, snacks, outdoor time, and STEAM projects. Naps and rest time happen on Wednesdays only.

 

How late is pick up?

We are available from 3:00 – 5:30 PM daily, 1:00 – 5:30 PM on Wednesdays. 

 

Is advance notice needed for my child to attend Adventure Club?

Starting in the 22-23 school year, yes. CBA wants to provide the best services possible and due to the continued growth of our school knowing the number of students attending Adventure Club daily has become key. Advance notice of attendance is also in keeping with state guidelines. 

 

What is the cost for Adventure Club?

There is a yearly $15 application fee. The 3-day contract is $55 per week, the 5-day contract is $75 per week, and weekly registration is $20 per day. 

 

What is the difference between contracts and weekly registration? 

With a contract, your ParentWeb account will be charged weekly, if your child attends or not to hold their spot through the 2022-2023 school year. Weekly rates will be adjusted for shortened weeks and breaks. Weekly charges will start July 15, 2022. The $15 application fee will be waived.

 

If you choose weekly registration, a form will be sent weekly, starting July 7, 2022. Days needed for that coming week should be selected then. Please note CBA is limited to the number of students that can attend Adventure Club by state regulation. Each day will be capped to stay within that regulation. Once the capacity is met you will no longer be able to register your child for that day. After the number of days is selected, payment will be calculated. Payment will be required at submission. There will be no refunds once a submission is received. 

 

 

K-5th Grade Adventure Club

What is Adventure Club?

Adventure Club is after-school care for CBA students from Kindergarten through 5th grade. Activities include free play, snacks, outdoor time, and STEAM projects. We also provide space for downtime or homework. Due to the number of students in the lower school Adventure Club, they are split by grade. K-2nd will be in one group and 3rd-5th will be in another. 

 

How late is pick-up?

We are available from 3:30 – 6:00 PM daily, 1:30 – 6:00 PM on Wednesdays.
